Nestled in the beautiful Antelope Valley, Palmdale California is located 60 miles northeast of Los Angeles. The Holiday Inn Palmdale is between highway 14 and highway 138, which makes it convenient, lodging for Six Flags Magic Mountain, or for skiing at Mountain High or Wrightwood Ski areas.

There is much to see and do in this area from Plant 42 Heritage Airpark, where you can learn about the Aerospace Industry, to the Spectacular Dry Town Water Park. Enjoy the premier minor league "Clear Channel Stadium" home of the JetHawks the class "A" affiliates of the Houston Astros, and the Palmdale Amphitheater offers a wide variety of entertainment.

The Antelope Valley is also known for it many state reserves and hiking trails like the Devil's Punch Bowl and the California Poppy Reserve.
